Update v0.07

NAW update version 0.07

• added export C Header options to NAM and OAM (uncompressed).
• added fill and randomize nam buttons.
• added help sections.
• moved the NAM and OAM export buttons to the top bar. Create an OAM button on the top bar.
• fixed zooming into and out of nams and chrs.
• fixed zoomed in drawing and tile placing.
• fixed auto palette selection when selecting colors on CHR tables.
• fixed some issues with color picking not selecting the correct subpal.

UI:

• renamed "spr" module to "oam".
• added a highlight detail to buttons on mouse over and active.
• fixed a bug with some popups allowing click through mouse actions on the canvas.
• fixed a bug with control, alt and shift keys on hotkeys.
• fixed minor bug when closing some popups and having to click one more time for the mouse click to work again.
• fixed top bar buttons response and dropdown "active" behaviour.
• fixed buttons general responsiveness when dropdowns were active.
• fixed popups layering over UI.
• fixed mouse cursor during popups.
• fixed nam map click behavior in prev module.
